Course Details:
The start and end times for your course are listed in your confirmation email. Please note that finish times are approximate, as they may vary depending on the number of students attending.
Accessibility:
If you require any special adjustments or support during your training, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Preparation
Your training manual will be emailed to you prior to your practical training course. Please ensure you read through the manual before attending, as we will briefly review the theory on the day. Completion of the theory is mandatory to participate in the practical training.
On the Day of Your Course: Punctuality is essential. Please arrive on time as late arrivals disrupt the session for other students. If you anticipate being late, message us via email as soon as possible so we can prepare accordingly. If you arrive early, our educator will already be on-site and ready to begin at the scheduled time.
What to Bring: All materials will be provided for your training. You’ll receive 20% off any purchases made from our on-site store on the day. While it's not necessary, you may wish to print your manual for easy reference. We highly recommend bringing a notebook and pen to take notes throughout the day.
Dress Code: Please wear a tunic or black clothing. Closed-toe shoes are required (no flip-flops) due to the use of various products and the risk of spillages. Long hair should be tied back for hygiene and safety.
Course Completion: Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive your accredited certificate, enabling you to gain insurance and start working with clients immediately.
If a student does not pass the course, they will be offered an additional day of training, scheduled at our discretion.
Models:
Nail courses:
You are also welcome to bring your own model to the course, however, we advise you to come with bare nails and then you can practise on yourself and each other on the course.
Beauty courses:
Your course will require a model, please be advised that you are required to bring your own model for the course.
If you are unable to do so, you will be required to give us a minimum 7 working days notice, and need to pay an additional £50 charge for us to arrange for you. For any last-minute course bookings, or less than 7 working days notice, you will be solely responsible for sourcing your own model.

If you are travelling by train, our closest stations are Gillingham and Rainham. They are each around a 50-minute walk from our training centre, so we would advise using a taxi or Uber service.
The nearest hotel is located only a 4-minute drive, or 20-minute walk away, and is the Premier Inn Gillingham Business Park Hotel.

Rescheduling Policy
We understand life happens and plans may need to change.
Please provide at least 10 days’ notice if you need to reschedule your course.
If less than 10 days’ notice is given, a £30 rescheduling fee will apply, as we may not be able to fill your place.
Rescheduling must be done via email — we do not accept changes via WhatsApp or phone.
Cancellation policy
All course bookings are non-refundable. This is because training manuals are automatically sent upon booking and your place is secured.
